Prison Ministry with Island Worship

Prison Ministry with Island Worship

Ministered with some amazing people at Her Majesty’s Prison in Barbados. Blessings to Island Worship and partners for their great work there throughout year and a big thank you for the invitation. After praying to God to open another opportunity to go back and minister to the prisoners I got a call from the team to join them in prison ministry this December. I was really blessed to see young people leading such a powerful charge. I was able to minister three songs from my reggae debut album Redemption Music which the guys really enjoyed and set the the tone for the word. Dario Richards brought a powerful challenge in the word based on the Hebrew boys and the impact they made even when facing death in their captivity in Babylon. Was really happy to see the many guys who have made decisions for Christ and not only that but came up for prayer for strength, resolve and fervor to become a Joshua generation, called out, the salt and light where they are. Afterwards two guys from the gathering did their own original reggae pieces which were impressive and touching.

Lets keep praying for our brothers in prison that whenever we visit we hear of signs and wonders, testimonies of salvation, changed hearts and renewed minds.

Lets pray for the officers that in seeing Christ activated in the lives of prisoners and fellow guards that they too experience True Redemption from sinful slavery. That the sounds of redemption music and cries broken hearts will echo throughout the walls. That those who return to their homes and communities go as apostles and disciples, as agents of change bringing the light of Christ.

Lets pray for all ministries including Island Worship who are doing a tremendous job in taking the message of Christ and love of God that they will have full support from the body of Christ in Barbados and the favor of the authorities as the fruit of their work is manifested.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Don't keep it to yourself, share the vibes!
